You got my imagination going! Been thinking about getting the kids to make their own actual size bricks. Now am thinking downsizing might be the ticket.

Oh definitely, if you can keep a secret! ;-)

I got it from Rainbow Resource - here's the link:
http://rainbowresource.com/product/Build+A+Medieval+Castle/038142/1253370279-901002

If you aren't making a large order from Rainbow Resource, it might be cheaper to get it from Amazon, with free shipping:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000VKR4X0/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_1?pf_rd_p=486539851&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B000XP93H8&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=09FMBYWRN34DYV305NAN

The nice thing is, you can follow their plans, or you can build whatever you like. You can refill with any plaster of paris product, so the mold can be used over and over, even after you complete your project.

I know what you mean about not wanting to share your project until it is over. I have started quite a few science experiments taking pictures along the way for my blog only to have it not turn out as intended. Would you mind sharing where you got the brick making kit though? One of my sons would really love it.
